Our holiday lets

‘The Cobbles’ in a historic part of Eastbourne called ‘Little Chelsea’ is a romantic and cosy Grade II ‘Sussex stone’ property very close to the seafront for two people.

There are good eateries at very good pubs and cafe’s. Grove Road and South Street make up the core of ‘Little Chelsea’.

This lovely home is nestled in a fantastically central position with the Town, Sea, Downs and Eastbourne Station within walking distance. A car is not essential for this location.

‘Garden View’ is a spacious, elegant, self- contained, two bedroom apartment in an area of Eastbourne called ‘Lower Meads’.

As part of a well looked after, imposing Victorian/Edwardian detached house, ‘Garden View’ has the benefits of the large, airy rooms but with it’s own private front door and garden.

From the front of the property, you can clearly see the whitewashed building which is The Grand Hotel. This sits on the seafront – a two minute walk from the property.

‘The Cottage’ was built in 1905 and is in the peaceful and tranquil hamlet of Normans Bay, Pevensey. A three bedroom, bright and spacious home with a well-manicured, large garden and heated Games Room makes this property a wonderful choice for a family holiday, with a table tennis table and dartboard as well as seating area and mini-fridge.

Being at ‘The Cottage’ is like stepping back in time – away from the rat-race. A true escape!

Why come to the East Sussex Coast?

Eastbourne, has what’s called a ‘Maritime Climate’. Hence the reason it is known as ‘the sunshine coast’.

The South Downs must be seen to be understood and appreciated. The South Downs Way starts in Eastbourne and finishes in Winchester. That’s 106 miles of natural beauty, amazing views and well maintained pathways.

Eastbourne, Pevensey Bay, Normans Bay, Cooden and Seaford are just a handful of beaches to visit along this coastline. Rolling hills and ancient woodlands also surround Eastbourne and the smaller coastal towns and villages. There are marshlands, ancient settlements, a Napoleonic fortress, castles and a wealth of history.

Eastbourne and the towns and hamlets nearby have a real vibrancy – a sense of community and a pride. There are so many events throughout the year ranging from the International Tennis Tournament, to the list of festivals which include Airbourne, Beach Life, Beer and Cider, Cycling, Classic Motors, and a Hot Air Balloon Festival. There is also a very prominent and colourful art scene in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.
